In the rare occurrence that we do not have enough students registered and confirmed with full tuition payment (or deposits, when applicable), we reserve the right to cancel any class or event at any date prior to or on the posted Registration Date.

Prior to cancellation, we will contact all students who have registered but not paid in a last effort to reach the numbers we need to make the class feasible.

We realize that most people fly to Las Vegas for these classes. We highly suggest that you wait until four weeks prior to the event before buying airline tickets. We will always try to give you at least four weeks notice to cancel or alter flight and hotel arrangements. You will be notified immediately once the decision is made to cancel.

In some cases like Master Classes, we give students the option to move to another class.

If we ever have to cancel a class, any deposit or tuition money sent to us will be fully refunded. You may also choose to leave your deposit with us and apply it to another class.
