Telemus won a first place trophy for the P.C.A.M 2004 Triathlon of Magic.

Telemus performed his first magic at 2 years old. He escaped from his crib, and was found quietly playing with his toys in another room behind a locked door. His mother still doesn’t know how that was done. After spending 25 years going up and down the corporate ladder for one of the world’s largest companies, Telemus decide to turn his life long dream of being a magician into reality. He saw Jeff McBride in the Worlds Greatest Magicians program. It rekindled his desire to be a performer. In the fall of 1999 Telemus saw an add in Magic Magazine – Jeff McBride to teach 5 hours at Abbots Get Together in Colon, MI. little did he know how that would change his life. A familiar question asked in these sessions is "What do you want to get out of this class?" To which Telemus replied "I don’t even know the right question to ask or even how to think about magic. Can you teach me this?" And that is how he started on his magic adventure. He has since attended Master Class, where he met another of his mentors, Eugene Burger. Telemus has also attended Mystery School, Legends of Magic and Special focus illusion school with Maestro Pendragon and Private Sessions. He has attended many other functions at the Magic Arts Center. Telemus has had the honor of performing in the Wonder Dome for Bone Dance and the Cosmic Cabaret. He credits his success to recognizing the passion within and replacing fear with a desire to learn. That coupled with the best mentors available is a winning combination. He says "I still have so much I want to learn. I have a source of information and training I can trust. I know there are friends/mentors in my corner that genuinely care about my success."
