17 years old, born in Grosse Pointe Michigan. Michael noticed his interest in magic at age four. After moving to Florida in 1992 Michael got a job in the local magic shop as a demonstrator, during his time here, he was free to study all of the books and watch all of the videos greater furthering his technical prowess. Michael competed in his first magic contest at age 11 and won second in the stage category. He was hooked, every year after that Michael would make a better and better act. Eventually winning first at the FMA convention and at Tannen's camp.

In 2000, Michael attended One of Jeff McBride's Master classes. "The help it gave me to look past moves and tricks gave me the real boost I needed towards creating an award winning act." With the help of Scott Hitchcock and Joan Dukore, McBride completely dissected Michael's act for the better and even put it on videotape. " The Masters Classes really helped me on that quest for originality, to do something totally fresh and new."

Michael recently won first place at IBM's international convention with his "illusion of identity" act about a janitor's dream of money and popularity. Some highlights include the production of 15 appearing canes and a costume change done with no cover.

Michael plans to take this act back to masters class and " hone it to a sharper point", "Jeff's lessons are invaluable and should be considered by any magician that wants to further their art."
